The service

InfoQast is provided by Syntetiq Limited, a UK private limited company registered under company number SC827265, with its registered office at 146 Newhaven Road, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH6 4PZ.

InfoQast provides an AI team that prepares, adapts, publishes, and reports on social media content for the client brands of your agency, together with review tools: pre-publication checks, approval workflows, a publishing kill switch, and an audit log.

The service is currently an invite-only alpha. Features can change, and availability is not yet covered by a formal SLA.

Your content, your responsibility

You are responsible for the content your workspace creates, approves, and publishes through the service — its legality, accuracy, required disclosures, rights to the materials used, and compliance with each connected network's terms and policies.

The review tools help you meet those obligations, but they are aids: they are not editorial control, legal advice, or a guarantee that content complies with any law or network policy.

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the people you invite into your workspace, including your clients acting through the client portal.

Publishing through platforms

Publishing uses each network's official APIs, under that network's developer and content policies. Automating personal profiles or working around platform limits is not supported and not permitted.

If a network flags a pattern of violations from your workspace that puts the shared platform application at risk, we may pause publishing for your workspace while we resolve it with you.

AI usage and billing

Plans include a monthly AI budget denominated at official Anthropic list prices; usage beyond the budget is billed at those list prices with per-client metering. Spend caps apply by default. Pricing during the alpha is a draft validated with design partners; changes are announced in advance and design partners keep their agreed terms.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace for material breach of these terms, including repeated network-policy violations, after notice where practicable.
