Fair questions, straight answers
The questions agencies actually ask us — including the uncomfortable ones.
›Will AI publish without my approval?
Not unless you explicitly turn that on. Every brand runs at an autonomy level from L0 to L3. At the default levels, the AI team prepares drafts and nothing goes live without your approval. Autopilot is an explicit opt-in per brand, and even then every post passes preflight checks, and a kill switch stops publishing instantly.
›How is AI usage billed?
No credits, ever. Each plan includes a monthly AI budget denominated at official Anthropic list prices. If you go over, you pay the same list prices — zero markup — and you see the spend line by line, per client. You can also bring your own Anthropic key on Agency and above for a discount.
›Is each client's data isolated?
Yes. Your agency gets an isolated workspace, and every client brand is scoped inside it. Tokens, drafts, and brand context never leak between clients, and agent tools are restricted to the brand they work for. Every action is written to an audit log.
›What happens to my methodology?
It becomes a versioned asset you own. Hooks, content structures, brand voice rules, and taboos live as skills — files you can review, edit, and roll back. Your playbook stops being something that walks out the door with an employee.
›AI content sounds generic. Why would yours be different?
Because the team works from your brand's skill — voice rules, examples, and taboos — plus what the metrics say actually worked. It's not a "generate caption" button: the Strategist plans, the Copywriter writes for each network's format, and everything still passes your approval before it ships.
›Which networks are supported?
Today: Telegram, Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord, and YouTube — all through official APIs. Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn are next, connected through reviewed platform apps or your own app credentials. We never work around platform limits or automate personal profiles.
›Is this just another scheduler?
No. Scheduling is maybe 10% of the value. InfoQast is an execution layer: it takes a brief and produces the strategy, the copy, the visuals, the per-network adaptations, the publishing, and the report. If you only need a calendar and an approve button, a scheduler is cheaper — and we'll say so.
›Can we self-host it?
The managed cloud is the primary way to run InfoQast — we host it and keep up with every platform's rule changes. For agencies with NDA or data-residency requirements there is a supported self-hosted Enterprise option with a DPA.
›What if Anthropic changes prices or limits?
You're not locked to one way of paying for AI. InfoQast works with the Anthropic API directly, through AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex, and with your own key. Budgets are denominated in list prices, so any provider change is visible, not hidden in a credit exchange rate.
›When can we get in?
The alpha is invite-only. We review access requests weekly and onboard agencies in cohorts of five. Design partners get Solo free plus 50% off Agency in exchange for weekly feedback and a public case study.
