Privacy policy
Who we are
InfoQast is a managed platform where an AI team runs social media for the clients of agencies. It is operated as a hosted service; this policy covers the marketing site and the product.
InfoQast is operated by Syntetiq Limited, a UK private limited company registered under company number SC827265. Its registered office is 146 Newhaven Road, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH6 4PZ.
What we collect
Account data: email address, name, and authentication records (including optional two-factor settings).
Access requests from this site: email address and the optional details you choose to share (agency name, number of clients, message).
Workspace content: briefs, drafts, brand profiles, and assets your team creates in the product.
Connected account credentials: tokens for the social networks you connect, stored encrypted and used only to publish and read metrics on your behalf.
AI usage metering: token counts and costs per workspace and per client brand, kept so your bill is verifiable line by line.
Operational logs and an audit trail of actions in your workspace.
How we use it
To run the product: generate and adapt content via the Anthropic API, publish through official network APIs, and report metrics. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, content sent via the API is not used to train models.
To operate the alpha: review access requests, contact you about onboarding, and measure product reliability.
We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. The site uses only the cookies needed for sign-in sessions.
Where data lives
The service is hosted in a data centre in London, United Kingdom. Workspaces are isolated per agency; client brands are scoped inside a workspace, and tokens or drafts are never shared across workspaces.
Your rights
You can request an export or deletion of your data. Workspace deletion removes its content, enrollments, and evidence, subject to the retention rules described in the product's security screen. During the alpha, send requests through the access-request form on this site, through your existing contact with Syntetiq Limited, or by writing to its registered office. A dedicated privacy email address will be published with the final policy.
